Mandel Group Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I or II at The Chiswick at Dunwood in Fox Point, WI. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep across properties, with occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Maintenance/HVAC experience preferred.
• Certifications in relevant trades are a plus.
• Clean driving record and access to a vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property buildings and grounds per Mandel Group standards.
• Diagnose work orders and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and misc systems.
• Handle on-call rotation, 40 hours/week with paid on-call stipends.
