Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain automated production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and compliance with safety standards. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves hands-on electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, an associates degree preferred, and 2–3 years of production technician experience, with strong reading of electrical diagrams and safe

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Technical Associates degree preferred.
• Preferred 3 years of applicable experience.
• Required 2 years as a Production Technician or Auxiliary.
• Must be able to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; hydraulics preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains automated production machinery to reduce downtime and meet production schedules.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
• Reports to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Works safely and adheres to all plant safety programs.
• Coordinates with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoots electrical and PLC systems and interfaces with robots.
• Supports mold shop, machine shop, and forklift maintenance tasks.
