Maryland Management Company is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to service multiple apartment communities in Maryland and Florida. You will perform resident work orders, turnovers, and after-hours emergency maintenance, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Must have a reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Completion of resident work orders.
• Apartment turnovers.
• Emergency on-call maintenance after hours.
• Snow removal.
• Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
