Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with management on repairs and vendor scheduling.
• Attend morning staff meetings to align on daily work.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor inventory and perform other duties as assigned.
