Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I to oversee the upkeep of a 140-unit LIHTC property in Aiea, HI. The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and supervisory capabilities, with knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

You will manage a small team, coordinate with outside vendors, and ensure timely turnover of units while maintaining safety standards and quality workmanship across the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• CADL, clean DMV and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizes staff workload to ensure preventative and routine maintenance is completed on time.
• Maintains and updates files and documents.
• Coordinates and oversees outside vendors.
• Supervises less than 3 maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Performs annual unit inspections.
• Ensures turnover of units in 5 days.

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor I to work at Aloha IÄ HalewilikÅ. A 140-unit property in Aiea, HI. This is a LIHTC, RHRF, HMMF property. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record. Salary range: $26.13 - $41.80 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $26.13 - $33.96 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor I oversees the property’s physical operations. Work relates to the upkeep, repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, security and electrical systems.
