EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs and preventive maintenance at Buchanan Park, a 68-unit affordable family housing community in San Francisco, CA. 1+ year experience required; CADL license, clean DMV and reliable transportation are essential. Salary range $21.00-$32.00/hour; DOE.

Position includes responsibilities from plumbing and painting to electrical repairs and turnover detailing, with on-site work and HUD/Tax Credit property context.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician I performs necessary and minor repairs and preventative maintenance on rental units as they become vacant. May also assist in Painting of Interior Units, Office Areas, Laundry Room and Common Area Maintenance. This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician I to work at Buchanan Park, a 68-unit affordable family housing community in San Francisco, CA. This is a HUD and Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00- $26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS

EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. Once you have received such an offer, you will be required to submit and pass our criminal background requirements. EAH also verifies education and employment history.
