Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at The Cove at Boynton Beach. You will perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties to maintain the community's quality.

You will install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks, respond to service requests promptly, and participate in the preventive maintenance program while upholding safety standards daily. Flexible scheduling and on-call readiness are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
