Bellwether Housing is seeking a Facilities Associate to join the team at The Flourish and Rose Street Apartments in Seattle. The role focuses on cleaning, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 8:30 am–4:30 pm with final scheduling determined by the supervisor. Prior custodial experience preferred;Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate power tools as needed.

$22.74-$26.87/hour
The posted salary reflects the full pay range for this position. Offers made to qualified candidates will be made within this range and will bedeterminedbyvarious factorsincluding knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors that would be critical to success in this role.
We’relooking for a dedicated and proactive FacilitiesAssociateIto join our team at The Flourish and Rose Street Apartments, communities thatprovides vital housing to those qualifying under the Low‑Income Tax Credit Programs.
In this role,you’llhelpmaintainthe overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance ofthisBellwether propertyby performing routine groundskeeping and janitorial duties.You’llplay a key part in creating a welcoming environment for residents by staying attentive to daily cleaning needs, addressing issues as they arise, and supporting the broader facilities team in keeping the property in excellent condition.
On‑site, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The final schedule is to be determined by the supervisor.
