Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep guest units and buildings in top condition, delivering reliable maintenance and service.

You’ll perform general upkeep, repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry), landscape care, and inspections. You’ll work with a team to ensure safe, welcoming spaces that meet brand standards and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that preserves quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and assist with trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
