Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Service Technician I in Franklin, Tennessee to maintain the community’s physical condition. In this role, you will prepare apartments for occupancy, complete service requests, and conduct preventative maintenance. Ideal candidates should possess experience in building maintenance and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Relevant experience in building maintenance or similar fields is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy by effectively completing the make-ready process.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled while maintaining records.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community.
