Produce Innovations is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Entry to Senior Level) for our Norwalk, IA plant. You will perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive tasks to keep equipment running and safe.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance troubleshooting to identify problems and plan fixes.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks to support production equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Follow safety procedures and LOTO protocols during maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to promote food safety and efficiency.
