Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance - Level I in Tucson, Arizona.

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair, working with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold quality standards across the community. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of direct technical experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of direct technical experience in irrigation, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a range of maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to meet quality maintenance standards.
• Maintain property cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
• Attend morning staff meetings and communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicate professionally with maintenance staff and management.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; perform other duties as assigned.
