You will maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, reliable performance while gaining hands-on industrial maintenance experience and earning additional certifications as you grow with the team.

You’ll start with on-the-job training and a clear path for growth. The position offers a target wage of $23.00–$26.00 per hour, with annual bonus potential and overtime may be available,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus related maintenance experience.
• 0-3 years in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Beginner proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Commitment to continuous learning and effective written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate/achieve and maintain Maintenance Tech I proficiency within 10 months.
• Assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and routine inspections.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist in managing machine performance via setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly; maintain records and reports.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols to meet production standards.
• Collaborate with production associates to solve reliability issues with urgency.
• Identify and report unusual or dangerous mechanical/electrical situations.
• Observe safety precautions to minimize exposure to hazards; learn Perdue safety rules.
• Work required schedules; day travel to nearby locations may be required.
