Equity LifeStyle Properties in Palm Desert, California, is hiring a Maintenance - Level I to perform light repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks across community properties. You will work as part of a team to meet maintenance standards and support management in daily operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and availability for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure they are well maintained.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free of trash and debris.
• Work with management to keep property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicate with maintenance staff and management on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks on the property.
• Monitor inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
