The Barrington Place Apartments in Madison, WI is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team. This full-time role offers a salary range of $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 base plus commissions per year, with a day shift and an 8am–5pm schedule, and on-call rotations.

We value reliable individuals who can service multiple units, communicate with the Property Manager, and participate in preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Multitasking and prioritizing multiple tasks daily.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to promptly address a diverse range of residential service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by executing repairs to return a unit to market-ready conditions.
• Ensure unresolved maintenance issues are communicated to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks to reduce breakdowns in equipment and appliances.
• Perform on-call emergency services within a rotation to provide timely repairs for residents.
