Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Harbor Creek to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance duties, install and rekey deadbolt locks, and ensure service requests are completed promptly.

You will join a team focused on community preservation and preventive maintenance, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a reliable, well-maintained apartment community.

Qualifications

• You’re punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• You have experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• You’re a team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards
