Job summary

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I for our Riverview, FL community. You will handle turnover and renovation tasks, respond to service requests, and perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, drywall, and HVAC systems.

You will also fabricate parts, maintain inventory, and support after-hours coverage as needed. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and a willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, technical school or related experience.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, and appliance repair.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and MSDS handling.

Responsibilities

• Turnover/renovation work and responding to maintenance requests.
• Repair works including electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, HVAC.
• Operate shop tools to repair or fabricate parts.
• Maintain inventory and related paperwork; keep facilities orderly.
• Join after-hours coverage as required.
