Equity LifeStyle Properties in Milton, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance - Level I worker. You will perform light repairs, groundskeeping, painting, janitorial tasks, and general upkeep to meet quality maintenance standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and on-call availability for emergencies. You will work as part of a team, coordinate with management on daily vendor appointments, and help maintain a safe, clean, and appealing property.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure they are well maintained and working properly.
• Keep grounds clean and free from trash and debris; care for property appearance.
• Attend morning staff meetings and coordinate with management on daily work.
• Communicate with maintenance team, vendors, and staff on projects.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks between locations.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
