Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a Part-time Maintenance position in Wautoma, Wisconsin. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, and HVAC while ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and attractive.

Responsibilities include attending morning meetings, coordinating with vendors and staff, and driving as needed. Must lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license, and be available for emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property, keeping it clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicate with maintenance workers and management on special projects.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Mow, weed, edge and maintain common areas and vacant lot grounds.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
