Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a Maintenance - Level I position at Lyndon Station, Wisconsin. You will perform diverse maintenance tasks across common areas, assist with repairs, and support a safe, well‑kept community. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

On‑call availability is expected. The position emphasizes teamwork with management and maintenance staff to uphold quality standards across our resort

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry.
• Paint, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks.
• Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and functional.
• Collaborate with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property.
• Attend morning staff meetings and communicate daily vendor appointments.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Assist with other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
