Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a Maintenance - Level I in Apache Junction, AZ. The role involves performing light repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks to keep our community maintained to ELS standards.

You will work as part of a team, attend morning meetings, and coordinate with management on projects. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces so they are well maintained and functioning.
• Keep grounds free from trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep the property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to relay daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicate with maintenance staff and management on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects; may drive maintenance trucks around the property.
• Monitor inventory and availability of maintenance supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
