Job Summary
This position assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include performing general carpentry, repairs, maintenance, or construction work; assisting skilled technicians with minor repairs of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; independently performing maintenance tasks requiring limited professional skill; and other related duties. The work is performed within a general outline, with methods and sequences developed under supervision.

Physical Demands
