Currently interviewing for: Maintenance Technician I - (Part-Time)

Position Description: Maintenance Technician I will assist with work orders, preventive maintenance, and routine tasks to maintain the physical plant and keep the community campus looking well-kept and presentable. He/she shall provide ground and building maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director and in accordance with community policies and procedures.

Education/Training/Experience: Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.
