Job summary

Panduit is hiring a Maintenance Tech 1 to provide hands-on support for equipment, machinery, and facility systems. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs, focusing on reliability and customer satisfaction to keep production moving.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic electrical knowledge. Expect day shifts (7am–3pm) and opportunities for growth within a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a maintenance role preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance on basic, low-criticality equipment.

• Handle maintenance work requests with customers to deliver timely solutions.
• Support equipment installations and upgrades as part of special projects.
