Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Columbia View team. This role performs routine maintenance, assists with apartment make-ready, and supports daily property operations with a focus on safety and quality standards.

You will manage grounds, assist with inspections, and help uphold OSHA guidelines while delivering strong resident service and maintaining a professional on-site presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned maintenance duties in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist with apartment make-ready inspections and vendor coordination.
• Maintain grounds, manage trash enclosures, and support safety programs.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in monthly SAM meetings.
• Maintain maintenance shop cleanliness and OSHA compliance.
