Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at the Kildaire Reserve community in Cary, NC. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance work, and you will install or rekey locks while ensuring timely completion of service requests.

You’ll participate in preventive maintenance and a community preservation program, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with a team. A valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, punctual and dependable are expected attributes.
• Team player with ability to work independently as needed.
• Experience in maintenance or make-ready and apartment upkeep is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
