Canterbury Woods Retirement Community in Pacific Grove, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temporary full-time role Monday through Friday. You will perform maintenance, repairs, painting, and safety inspections across the campus, ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include small repairs, preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, basic plumbing/electrical tasks, record-keeping, and adherence to safety standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, paint, and repair facility machinery and structures.
• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, coworkers, and vendors.
• Complete resident work orders for repairs and painting across accommodations and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and inspect components.
• Maintain safety records and follow PPE guidelines.
• Assist skilled workers and report hazards to supervisor.
