Front Porch Communities & Services, Canterbury Woods Retirement Community in Pacific Grove, CA, is seeking a temporary full-time Building Services/Maintenance worker. Pay range $24.00-$30.00 per hour, Monday–Friday, with duties including installation, painting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance across the facility.

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains equipment and facilities by performing routine maintenance and painting.
• Completes resident work orders for repairs and painting in accommodations and common areas.
• Assists skilled maintenance workers and uses basic hand and power tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and inspects belts, fluids, and filters.
• Maintains safety by wearing PPE and following safety standards.
