Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced hands-on repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs for appliances and building systems.
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins.
