Ingram Content Group in Roseburg, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to contribute to our Manufacturing team. Under limited supervision, you will perform complex diagnostics and repairs on distribution center facilities and equipment to OEM standards.

The role offers full-time work with potential 12-hour shifts, starting pay of $30.25/hr plus a $2.50/hr shift differential; requires a HS diploma or GED and 1 year as a technician in production/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year as technician in production/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of facility electrical wiring and PLC basics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment failures and perform complex repairs.
• Ensure repairs meet service level agreements.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic repairs.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Detect faulty operations and report issues.
• Operate forklift and other motorized equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and keep a clean area.
• Maintain documentation for facility/equipment.
• Understand electrical schematics and PLC logic.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of servo/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of INFOR-EAM or similar CMMS.

Maintenance Technician I, 3rd shift $30.25/hr+

• Full-time

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Technician I to contribute to our Manufacturing team in Roseburg, OR. Under limited supervision, this person will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs, relating to distribution center facilities and equipment. The Technician will ensure that all equipment in the distribution center facility is maintained properly, by performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment to OEM standards. This individual will partner with leadership in daily support to internal customers and maintenance team.

Schedule:

*Note: Once a hire is up and running, must be flexible to a possible 12-hour shift

Pay: $30.25 and up DOE, plus $2.50/hr shift differential

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1 years as a technician in a production or manufacturing environment or equivalent year for year directly related education

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
• Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements.
• Performcomplex technical duties, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Readand interpretequipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
• Performregularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Detectfaulty operations, defective material and makes necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Operatemotorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper, etc.
• Complywith all safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Helps maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
• General understanding of facility electrical wiring and power distribution.
• General understanding of mechanical functions/applications.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and prints.
• Electrical troubleshooting ability, with understanding of AC/DC control wiring and relay logic.
• Basic understanding of PLC.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of servo, hydraulic and pneumatically actuated equipment.
• Knowledge of INFOR-EAM or comparative Maintenance Management System.
