Job summary

Ingram Content Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support the Lavergne, TN distribution team. Under limited supervision, you will diagnose and repair facility equipment to OEM standards and help maintain uptime for the distribution center.

The role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay of $34.25 per hour DOE, with Sunday-Thursday nights and overtime as needed. You will work with leadership to ensure timely service, perform preventative maintenance, and document activity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.
• 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Reads manuals and work orders; performs scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Operates forklifts and other motorized equipment as needed.
• Maintains safety regulations and clean work area.

Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring for a Maintenance Technician II to contribute to our Distribution team in Lavergne, TN. Under limited supervision, this person will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs, relating to distribution center facilities and equipment. The Technician will ensure that all equipment in the distribution center facility is maintained properly, by performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment to OEM standards. This individual will partner with leadership in daily support to internal customers and maintenance team.

$2,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Pay: Starting at $34.25 DOE

Schedule:

• Sunday - Thursday: 10pm - 6:30am
• OT when required

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair.
• 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluates equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
• Ensures repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements.
• Performs complex technical duties, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
• Performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Detects faulty operations, defective material and makes necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Operates motorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweeper, etc.
• Complies with all safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Helps maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
