Tru Vue Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm). This entry-level role supports the maintenance team with preventative maintenance tasks and basic repairs in a manufacturing setting.

You will learn to operate sandblasting and cleaning processes, maintain tools and work areas, and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn are required, with strong attention to detail and reliability valued.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician I will provide entry-level support to the maintenance team. This role is ideal for candidates with some mechanical knowledge who are eager to learn and grown into a skilled technician role.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently interacts with individuals on the plant floor, near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the production environment is usually loud.

Pay Range

• $24.01-27.00 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium
