DMU is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform a broad range of semi-skilled tasks and maintenance duties in the building maintenance field. Including, but not limited to, plumbing, drywall, floor care, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting. Assist in emergency services in addition to routine work as directed. Also includes moving furniture, assisting with room setups, grounds, snow removal, and performing other duties to maintain operations.
