American Property Management is seeking an on-site maintenance professional for a 264-unit community near Bellevue. You will help get units rent-ready, perform routine maintenance, and uphold curb appeal and safety standards. You must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.
Requirements include 1+ year in multifamily or hotel maintenance, basic hand tools, and strong English communication. A competitive benefits package and bonus incentives are offered.

Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm; Saturday 8am - 5pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Please note that we are unable to consider current residents of the property for this position. Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date. Property Information – 264‑unit garden style apartment community built in 2002.

Your Role Must be able to exemplify and exercise discretion and sound independent judgment to evaluate quality of work. Assist in getting units “rent ready”. Abide by safety requirements at all times. Safely use chemicals and equipment as a part of everyday duties. Maintain grounds, work and storage areas and dumpster areas on a daily basis to ensure curb appeal up to company standards. Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover. Ensure lawns are mowed and trimmed and entryways, walkways and driveways are blown and free of debris. Ensure equipment is serviced on a regular basis to maintain safe operations. Must be able to be on‑call for emergencies or snow removal. Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures as established in the Operations Manual. Must be able to clean units as needed The responsibilities above are not all‑inclusive.
