Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a maintenance technician for a swing shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:30pm) to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment. The role involves mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, building-related tasks, and use of forklifts and heavy tools.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience; electrical or vocational certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Carry out building maintenance tasks including furniture installation, data/power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas through painting and refurbishing as needed.
• Record maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications in detailed logs.
• Use hand and power tools and operate a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team about repairs, faulty operations, and incident reports.

Job description

Responsibilities

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm, this is a swing shift schedule.

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
