Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join a tight-knit team to keep sites safe and efficient.

You'll apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic skills to maintain and repair car wash equipment, travel in a company vehicle to multiple locations, and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

This role offers hands-on growth, ownership of craft, and opportunities to work with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power
• Travel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts
• Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise
