Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep our car wash sites running safely and efficiently.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and travel across markets in a company-provided vehicle to service locations. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical capabilities, and the flexibility to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience including 3-phase high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, control wiring, and powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase power.
• Travel across your market in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise.
• Take pride in maintaining safe, efficient, and fully operational locations reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Jump into a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll:

You’re driven, hands‑on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)
• Electrical experience, including exposure to:
  • 3-phase high-voltage systems
  • Low-voltage systems
  • AC/DC electrical systems
  • Control wiring and powered equipment
  • VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
• Solid skills in at least four of the following areas:
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Hydraulics
  • Welding
  • Pneumatics
  • Plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast‑paced environments
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on‑call hours
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)
