Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep our industrial car wash equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills in a fast-growing, national brand known for teamwork, growth, and pride.

You’ll travel to market sites in a company vehicle, perform preventive maintenance, respond to urgent repairs, and partner with regional teams on new installations. The role offers competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance.
• Electrical experience including exposure to 3-phase high- and low-voltage systems.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase power.
• Travel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates who rely on your technical expertise.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations reflecting our commitment to excellence.

You’re driven, hands‑on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)
• Electrical experience, including exposure to:
  • 3-phase high-voltage systems
  • Low-voltage systems
  • AC/DC electrical systems
  • Control wiring and powered equipment
  • VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
• Solid skills in at least four of the following areas:
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Hydraulics
  • Welding
  • Pneumatics
  • Plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast‑paced environments
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on‑call hours
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)
