Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I for The Marc Apartments in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role involves daily repair work, preparing vacant units, managing service requests, and ensuring safety compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance or general repair experience.
• Must own basic tools.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and the Clean Air Act
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
• Assist with the property's preventative maintenance plan
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines

Education:

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair or groundskeeping experience
• Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Skills & Certifications:

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
