Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking skilled HVAC technicians for a long-term maintenance project in the United States. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and steam distribution systems, reading diagrams, and following safety protocols.

Candidates should have 3+ years of field experience, the ability to work independently under supervision, and the physical capability to perform required tasks, including working at heights. A strong safety record is essential.

LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PROJECT - NO PER DIEM

SUMMARY:

• Typically 3 years and above documented field experience in chosen craft discipline with ability to read and interpret instructions, document, plan, and perform work activities independently.
• Performs skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment and systems.
• Operates a variety of equipment as needed to perform work.
• Installs, maintains and repairs computerized electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC Control.
• Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment or follows diagrams or blueprints.
• Load, transport and unload material, tools, equipment and supplies.
• Maintains tools and equipment.
• Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Performs other duties as required.
