Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I for Levi at River City, a 552-unit community in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform daily repair and upkeep, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and manage maintenance supplies under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Qualifications include prior multi-family housing experience, electrical and plumbing skills with troubleshooting ability; irrigation knowledge is a plus.

Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.
