Job summary

Paradise Point Resort in Hollister, Missouri is seeking a maintenance team member to support engineering leadership and on-site projects along Table Rock Lake. The role involves painting, drywall, plumbing, and general upkeep to preserve guest experiences. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of related experience is preferred.

A valid driver’s license is required. Schedule is from 8:00 a.m.

• 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear communication with engineering leadership.
• Assist maintenance staff on special projects.
• Maintain detailed records in English for logs and inspection sheets.
• Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling repairs.
• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning.
• Complete other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to a year previous experience preferred.
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Driver's license required

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm
