Job summary

Cold Spring Resort is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our resort running smoothly. You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

With 1–2 years of maintenance experience, you’ll respond to guest requests quickly, inspect facilities, and coordinate with other departments to keep operations on track. Weekend, holiday, and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience, hospitality or facilities preferred.
• Hands-on problem solver with attention to safety and guest service.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest service requests
• Identify and report maintenance issues with proactive solutions
• Follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Stay on top of daily tasks and attend team meetings

Pay Rate: $16/hr

What You’ll Do:
