Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support villa maintenance and guest experience. You will perform preventive maintenance, address basic repairs, and respond to guest requests while upholding safety standards and company policies.

The role requires availability for varied shifts, weekends and holidays, with on-site duties at a beachfront property. Training and safety programs are provided, and employee perks are offered as part of the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform villa care preventive maintenance tasks (painting, basic repairs, lightbulbs).
• Perform minor building repairs as assigned.
• Respond to guest repair requests in a timely, polite manner.
• Maintain inventory related to general engineering tasks.
• Participate in safety and technical trainings as applicable.

(i.e. Basic Painting; Basic Repairs such as replacing lightbulbs.
