Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites in Frankenmuth, MI is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep our property safe and well‑running. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, while delivering friendly, +1 service to guests and team members.

We offer incentives including a quarterly bonus up to $3,200, flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts and free room nights, plus mentorship and cross‑training for growth. Training is provided and we are hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, and filtration.
• Experience with building maintenance including electrical, plumbing.
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexible for emergency repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for team members and guests.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule for department needs.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience with a +1 Service attitude.
