Your Role

As part of the Facilities & Maintenance team, you will perform general maintenance repairs and services to enhance resident and community experiences, reflecting our purpose and values.

Responsibilities
  • Complete resident work and service requests promptly, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with maintenance of grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pools, and common areas to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean work area, use tools and equipment safely.
  • Handle emergency calls on a rotational basis and perform seasonal tasks like pool maintenance or snow removal.
  • Perform upkeep tasks to maintain community curb appeal, including pet waste removal, trash management, etc.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment.
