Responsibilities

• Review work orders to identify materials and tasks required.
• Operate power tools and vehicles; maintain them in good condition.
• Coordinate with staff and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks (lawn care, snow removal, plants).
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and inspections.

Job Description:The Maintenance Technician I position requires a flexible and independent individual who can be task oriented and punctual. The Maintenance Technician I must have a good work ethic and be able to perform tasks required of them. The maintenance worker position will be required to visit each site assigned and provide services required upon by upper-level management as well as the program directors.
