Responsibilities

• Review work orders to identify materials needed to complete tasks.

• Perform grounds maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, and plant care.
• Maintain inventory, equipment records, and preventive maintenance logs.
• Establish and conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to emergency situations and emergency systems.
• Move-in/move-out inspections and related duties.
• Ensure teamwork with Maintenance Manager for smooth operations.
• Travel to various office or facility locations as required.

The Maintenance Technician I must have a good work ethic and be able to perform tasks required of them. The maintenance worker position will be required to visit each site assigned and provide services required upon by upper-level management as well as the program directors.
