AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across sites, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall. You will operate a company van to reach multiple sites and ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained.

The Technician drives a company van to various sites to perform maintenance tasks and is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of building structures as appropriate.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training in the use of appropriate maintenance equipment.Occupational hazards and standard safety practices.A valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required. Must be eligible to safely operate company vehicles, with no major moving violations within the past (3) years and no more than one (1) point on current DMV record.Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.Compensation$25.00 - $29.32 hourlyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
