Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform a broad range of facility upkeep tasks in our Houston area location.

The role involves plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, equipment maintenance, and moving/fixing furniture or fixtures. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads, work outdoors or on ladders, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior building maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Possess a high interest in mechanical work, or working with your hands.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver/transport objects weighing 200-300 lbs.
• Able to work outside or on ladders for long periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee all phases of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
• Work with modular furniture, replace lamps/ballasts, fix door closures, and paint as needed.
• Repair sprinkler systems and ceiling tiles, and perform related maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety and compliance while maintaining facilities to support operations.
